WRBBAC uses Paypal to take credit/debit card payments but you don't need a Paypal account to use the service. Rates for 2011-2012 are as follows:

"Central Area" means addresses with postcodes BS1-49, BA1,2,3,15 SN13,14 or GL9, see map
Pilots under training (PUT) join at £15 rate

Non-pilot in all areas, or pilot outside central area: £15
Non-pilot under 18 joining in own right, or non-pilot student member: £5
Second Member
Pilot Member, Central Area: £35
Non-pilot in all areas, or pilot outside central area: £10
